If we want to change these statistics, we need to talk openly, transparently and collaboratively about what’s needed. It’s not enough to check the box on DEI&B. We have to enhance theory and good intentions with concrete actions. Change will require sharing ideas and best practices WHILE we hold each other accountable on results.
