With over 15 years experience in PreSales across several organisations, products and industries coupled with a background in Procurement, he has been at both sides of the “Buyer Enablement” table across his career. Mark leads the Global PreSales Operations within IFS Service Management Business Unit supporting the PreSales team to help Service Organisations realise their Moments of Service.
