Senior Manager, Solution Engineering Docusign
Shara McNeill is Senior Solutions Engineering manager at DocuSign. She has 10+ years experience working in software consulting and sales. At DocuSign Shara is a member of the DocuSign Women In Solution Engineering WISE ERG. She is passionate about introducing others to the Solutions Engineering career path and helped to develop and coordinate a DocuSign Internship Program dedicated to evangelising Solutions Engineering to soon to be graduates. Prior to DocuSign she worked in solution sales and consulting roles at both Cornerstone On Demand and Hobsons Inc. She currently resides in the Northern Virginia area with her wife, Susie and two children Layla and Eli. She has had a long history of sports having played Soccer at Georgetown University and later playing football with the DC Divas. Today she is slowing things down a bit and is trying to pick up running.
Vice President, Solution Engineering Docusign
Leah McTiernan is Vice President of Solution Engineering at DocuSign. Leah is passionate about bringing awareness to the Solution Engineering career path (“best job on the planet”) and is the co-founder of the DocuSign Women In Solution Engineering WISE ERG. Prior to DocuSign, she worked in multiple leadership and client facing roles at IBM, Emptoris, and Computer Associates over the last 23+ years. Leah loves living in Center City Philadelphia with her husband, Chris and two daughters Abigail and Madelyn. Leah has a second degree black belt in karate and is an avid runner and skier.
